Australia

Standard shipping is free on all Australian orders. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International

International shipping is free on orders over A$90. For orders under A$90, estimated shipping rates are:

• New Zealand — A$18
• Asia Pacific — A$21
• USA & Canada — A$24
• UK & Europe — A$29
• Rest of world — A$35

Estimated international delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch, excluding customs delays.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Tracking is included where available.

Customs and duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges applied by the destination country.

Address changes, delays and lost parcels

If you entered an incorrect delivery address, contact us as soon as possible. If an order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect it. If your parcel is delayed, damaged or appears lost, contact us with your order number so we can help investigate.

International prices are estimates in Australian dollars for a lightweight sock order. Final rates may vary by destination and order size.
